Decades of experience in different industries gave Per Jacob the tools to bring Kokoon from concept to reality.

His journey into health innovation was born from personal struggle. In 2000, he was violently attacked with an iron bar, an event that led to more than a dozen surgeries over the years, the most recent in 2022. When conventional medicine failed to cure the following infection, he returned to what he knew best—discipline, sports science, and his trusted network of experts. Training six days a week, he rebuilt his strength from the ground up. In 2006–2007, he applied alternative methods to help extend his mother’s life for over 15 years, and through that experience, he realized there was a better way to care for people. That realization became the foundation of Kokoon.

Before founding the company, Jacob spent years coaching high-performance soccer across Europe. Guiding elite athletes taught him discipline, focus, and adaptability—skills that now define his leadership. Working with different personalities under intense pressure, uniting teams toward a common goal while supporting individual needs, and making fast, high-stakes decisions became second nature.

Under his leadership, Kokoon Global Inc. is a healthcare company and a movement. It is debt-free, cash-rich, and owns all its assets outright, operating without lenders. The mission is simple: bring dignity and results to healthcare. Its model blends traditional and advanced medicine with wellness-focused services, delivered by a carefully selected team of experts, including respected industry veterans in their 70s and 80s with decades of insight.

Adaptability has been one of Jacob’s defining strengths. He has worked closely with world-class physicians and industrial advisors for nearly two decades to keep Kokoon moving forward. When the COVID-19 lockdowns in Spain brought uncertainty and closure to most businesses, he moved in the opposite direction—opening new operations and turning a time of risk into a period of growth.

He leads with integrity and builds trust through direct, hands-on involvement. Investors know he is straightforward and that every decision serves the company’s mission. Over the years, he has faced significant challenges—smear campaigns, online harassment, and two serious takeover attempts—but none have succeeded. Supported by his family, legal counsel, and business allies, he used these obstacles to strengthen Kokoon’s independence.

Family remains at the center of his life. A father of two adult children in their early 30s, he considers them his most outstanding achievements. Kokoon is part of the legacy he is building for them. Even with a demanding schedule between Norway and the United States, he stays focused on creating a better world for his children and the families Kokoon serves.

In May 2025, construction began on a 23-surgical-room primary clinic in the Canary Islands, a project that will also help finance and accelerate the Miami Medical Resort—an innovative model combining luxury living and advanced medical care. Plans include building satellite centers in every U.S. state and pursuing dual stock exchange listings in Norway and the United States.
